The experimental process is roughly as follows: 1. 206B alkaline degreasing cleaning agent, used in proportion of 5%, ultrasonic cleaning at 65-75 ℃ for 3 minutes, to remove residual dirt and oil 2. Rinse with pure water 3 times 3. 313 aluminum mirror polishing and dewaxing water, use it according to the proportion of 5%, ultrasonic cleaning at 65-75 ℃ for 7 minutes, increase the brightness and keep white and bright 4. Rinse with pure water 3 times 5. Dry with hot air The whole process is safe, environmentally friendly and highly efficient. After cleaning, the aluminum die-casting parts are clean and free of contamination, bright and refreshing.
