How to deal with the faulty?

Firstly, the customer describes the specific defect of the product and provide the photoes for our analysis;

Secondly, we analyze the cause from the source and prevent the outflow of goods;

Thirdly, correct immediately after finding out the reason, and complete within the time limit agreed by both parties;

Forthly, we will send new products to replace the defect batch.
